You May:
1. Use the elements to create scrapbook kits for sale or freebies.
2. Modify/alter these elements to fit your particular need or use as you see fit.
3. Add to other elements, papers and the like to make Quick Pages, Templates and other decorative elements for sale as Personal Use Items.
4. Use these elements with other artists work in your creations.
5. Use for offline printing projects such as scrap book pages, cards, brochures, fliers, business cards, invitations, candy wrappers, birth/wedding/anniversary announcements and other low income projects.
6. In custom online tags/QP's/S4H.
You May Not:
- use AMI CU items to create Stock images
- use AMI CU items to make Digital Embroidery designs to sell
- use AMI CU items to make rubber stamps
- use AMI CU items to make cross stitch patterns
- claim these items as your own
- sell these items on a CD
- offer these items in their original state as freebies
- use these items to make brushes or masks/overlays to resell as CU
- use AMI CU items to make other commercial use products
- grey-scale or change the colour of an AMI CU product to be resold or offered as templates or tubes
- use AMI CU products in any way that could be considered harmful, defamatory, racist or hateful.
- use AMI CU products alone; they must account for no more then 40% of your design. They must not be the main focus of your creations. Do not offer any AMI elements in their original or whole state. This includes tubes, flattened/images, Gif's or the like
- use AMI CU items for high income projects
- share AMI CU products, or upload, in whole or in part, to share sites (ie: rapidshare, 4shared etc.), nor share them through any forum, blog or email based group such as Yahoo or Google.
Where possible, please include a text file, eg: in scrap kit designs for free and sale, which includes a line of credit for AMI CU items to their original designer, and a link to AMI.
