CUSTOM PACKAGE REPLACEMENT FEES AND INSTRUCTIONS
|
If you are in need of replacing your custom packages, please read the important information below:
Due to the overwhelming amount of replacement packages requested, we have had to implement replacement fees for custom, mini and mixed-artist custom packages. These replacements take alot of handling time away from filling new orders, and by simply backing up your packages, this can be avoided.
PLEASE BACK UP YOUR PACKAGES WHEN THEY ARE RECEIVED |

The replacement fees are as follows:
Mini packages : Up to 2 mini-custom packages will be replaced free of charge. 3 and over are $2.00 every mini-custom pack replaced
Custom Packages : 1-2 custom packages will be $5.00 (total, not each)
2-3 Custom Packages = $7.50
4-5 Custom Packages = $10.00
6-7 Custom Packages = $15.00
8-10 Custom Packages = $20.00
11 or more = $25 and $5.00 each after that
Mixed-Artist Custom Packages: Every mixeD-artist custom package will be $5.00 to replace, regardless of how many need replacing
Single Tubes, and regular tube and image packages will be replaced free of charge.

To request your replacement packages, please send an email to CustomerService@artisticmindsinc.com with your full name, paypal email address, working email address, license number, and the PayPal transaction ID numbers (which can be retrieved by logging into your PayPal account and viewing each transaction) if applicable. If you were sent packages as gifts, please include as much information as you can so we can verify the packages. From there, once we verify how many packages you will be needing replaced, we will discuss the payment of the replacement fees above. Remember, single tubes and regular packages are replaced free of charge. |
